Nobody is born a foreman. Every superintendent running a multimillion dollar project once carried material, swept floors, and watched someone else read the plans. Stacking is the strategy

The smartest move is to treat credentials like a portfolio. Do not wait until a job requires a ticket to go get it. Get it before you need it, so that when the opportunity appears you are already qualified. Keep every card current. Letting a certification lapse is like taking a rung out of your own ladder.
