Every engagement is a defined project. Scope, deliverables, and milestones are written down, and the fee is quoted in writing before work begins. There is no hourly billing and there are no open ended engagements.

Ana directs the work and coordinates the resources it needs, reports progress as it moves, and closes with a documented handoff your team can keep running.

  • Led the coordinated migration of four business websites from Lovable hosting to Vercel, including domain cutovers, checkout and booking improvements, payment testing, credential remediation, backup preservation, and launch incident resolution.
  • Built CRM and back office operating systems that run contact records, documents, events, and follow up for several companies in one organized hub.
  • Established AI assisted research, administrative tracking, and decision support workflows in daily use across the practice.
  • Ran structured quality assurance and payment testing programs, including sandbox payment reconciliation, refund handling, and fulfillment safeguards, before any public launch.
