Do you sell individual consumer courses?: No. FoundHer Elite is B2B fulfillment only. We package corporate roster training under one accountable relationship, contracted through Desert Sun Investments, LLC d/b/a AnaConnectsYou (Certified M/WBE Small Business).
What do companies receive?: Scoped corporate course plans, course access or scheduled delivery, certificates of completion, and audit-ready records for compliance and procurement files.
What delivery and language options are available?: Online self-paced, in-person classroom, and hands-on practical components — in English and Spanish, with other languages confirmed during scoping.
Are these one-year agreements?: One-year corporate packages and roster agreements are our preferred structure for predictable fulfillment and renewals. Shorter scopes can be discussed when the work requires it.
Does FoundHer Elite replace the employer's jobsite compliance responsibility?: No. We fulfill training and records under the corporate plan. Employers remain responsible for jobsite-specific training, practical evaluations, and overall compliance obligations.
